Muskegon Farmer’s Market Capital Campaign
The Muskegon City Commission voted 6-1 recently to endorse plans for a new farmer’s market in downtown Muskegon. The commission agreed with the concept of moving the market from Yuba Street to a new facility at West Western Avenue and Terrace Street. The nonprofit Downtown Muskegon Development Corp. will now begin raising $3 million privately to build the market, which will be donated to the city for its operation. Redframe Creative enjoyed designing the fresh urban look for the capital campaign brochure. It was a challenge to design it to be printed in-house and still look good with a white border. Adding two folds helped give this a professional look and allowed the map of the farmer’s market to be displayed on a full 11 x 17 page when opened.
