Hi Marie!

Thanks so much for your hard work on the annual report.

It has started to arrive in mailboxes across the country and we are getting such great feedback on the design and layout of the project. Thank you for all you do!

I have contracted with Marie to produce graphics for multiple national conferences. She has mastered the art of creating an event-specific look with an existing brand.

With one particular client, the revised event branding resulted in a dramatic increase in ticket sales resulting in a sell-out three months in advance of the event

Marie created a recognizable logo that was an instant hit and a boost to catwalk fundraising. She expanded on her initial creation and produced a series of print and electronic pieces that focused attention on our goal and produced dramatic results. We exceeded our million dollar goal on time thanks in large part to the positive image that Marie built for us.

Former City Manager, Grand Haven

When we decided to build a new building we started thinking about branding and re-imaging the company. One of the first things we knew we needed was a logo so we turned to Redframe Creative. Marie made it easy by asking the right questions about our vision and she came back with our vision as well as concepts that were variations of it. She made it fast and affordable. Thanks Redframe!

The Process

We begin with a meeting over the phone or Zoom to gather information on your project objectives. I will email you a quote for the project using the info we discussed in our first meeting. Once I receive a signed quote and a 50% deposit, I can typically start on the project in time to meet the necessary deadlines as long there is a 5-7 day turnaround time.

Clients send me content in Word documents, Google Docs, PDF, Power Point slides, Google Slides, images, logos, and/or Excel spreadsheets. If design files are available in InDesign, Illustrator or Photoshop, I can work off of those as well. I will be in touch if I have any questions about the content. High resolution images will be needed for print jobs.

I will then get to work to designing the content and will send over preliminary designs to make sure I’m on the right track. Once the design direction is approved, I will complete the remainder of the project and provide all design files and final files (.pptx, .indd, .eps, etc.) and work with printers as needed.

How long does a typical project take?

A typical presentation project takes 5-7 days to complete. Logo projects usually take 14 days. Annual reports, documents and booklets can take up to a 2 weeks to design and another 1-2 weeks to edit. Faster timelines may be possible. Feel free to reach out to discuss current project estimates.

What if I am in a BIG hurry?

I can shift project schedules around to make availability for quick-turn projects. Please feel free to reach out if you need a project expedited. An additional rush charge may apply.

In what format should I send you my content?

For presentations, you are welcome to send your content already on slides or in outline format. If you have a specific vision for a project, feel free to include an inspirational graphic or description of your vision to maximize efficiency and reduce turnaround time. For reports and documents, a Word document along with high resolution photos sent separately work well. For logos, napkins sketches, screenshots or websites of examples you’d like to emulate help to narrow down the look and feel.
